  9. MsgSplit.thor  scans  the  events of a system & if it's a reply or
  10. enter  event  it checks message size of the event.  If it's bigger
  11. than the MaxSize argument, it splits the message in smaller pieces
  12. &  creates  a new event for each piece & then deletes the original
  13. event.

  15. This  is necessery for some QWK systems because they do not accept
  16. messages bigger than an allowed size.
